PaceBoard Terms of Service

Last updated: May 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of PaceBoard, an activity recap maker operated by OpenPixel Labs Inc.

Use of PaceBoard

You may use PaceBoard only in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and these terms. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, export, or publish through PaceBoard.

Activity Recaps

PaceBoard is a public activity recap maker. You can enter workout or race details, preview generated recap photos, save them locally, download them, use your device share sheet, or choose an optional connected publishing flow.

You are responsible for the accuracy of activity details, captions, titles, and any claims included in the recap you create or share. PaceBoard is not medical, health, training, coaching, or legal advice.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the activity details, captions, images, and other content you create with PaceBoard. You grant OpenPixel Labs Inc. a limited license to process, render, host, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, including preparing hosted image URLs for a TikTok post you authorize.

Connected Accounts

If you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to use the approved permissions for the feature you request. For PaceBoard TikTok publishing, the submitted flow uses Login Kit account authorization and Content Posting API Direct Post. You remain responsible for reviewing captions, privacy settings, disclosures, and final posting choices before submitting.

Connecting TikTok does not publish by itself. Direct publishing from PaceBoard requires you to select TikTok as the destination, review the five-photo recap, choose available privacy settings, confirm applicable posting terms, and click the final publish button.

Commercial And Branded Content

If a recap promotes a brand, product, service, business, sponsorship, or paid partnership, you are responsible for choosing the correct disclosure settings and following all applicable laws and platform rules.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PaceBoard to infringe rights, distribute harmful content, bypass platform rules, abuse APIs, or interfere with service reliability.

You may not use PaceBoard for bulk posting, blind automated posting, spam, misleading engagement tactics, synthetic engagement, or attempts to evade third-party platform limits.

Third-Party Platforms

Features that connect to TikTok or another third-party platform are also governed by that platform's terms, privacy policy, developer rules, community guidelines, and technical limits. We do not control third-party platform review decisions, account actions, publishing availability, or post distribution.

No Warranty

PaceBoard is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, approval by third-party platforms, or any specific marketing outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenPixel Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PaceBoard.
