Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
OpenPixel Labs Inc. builds and operates websites, mobile apps, and web tools. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, support messages, product settings, captions, titles, and content you choose to create, save, prepare, or publish through our tools.
Some products, including PaceBoard, store drafts, settings, and local library items in your browser local storage. Those local items are not sent to our server unless you choose a server-backed feature such as account connection, hosted asset preparation, publishing, or support.
When a product connects to a third-party service, such as TikTok, we request only the permissions needed for the feature shown in that product. OAuth tokens are stored on our server infrastructure and are not placed in browser local storage.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide product features, render and host user-requested assets, operate account connections, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell user content, connected account data, OAuth tokens, captions, or generated assets. We do not use connected account data for advertising targeting.
Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, analytics, payment processors, and APIs such as TikTok for Developers. Your use of those connected services is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
Cookies And Local Storage
We may use cookies for security, authentication, OAuth state, session handling, preferences, and reliability. We may use browser local storage for drafts, settings, and local product libraries.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the product feature, support request, security need, or legal requirement. You can clear local browser data, revoke third-party access in the connected account, and ask us to delete account connection data by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account connections and hosted assets. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so you should avoid entering sensitive personal information into product fields unless the product explicitly requires it.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Product-Specific Policies
PaceBoard has app-specific legal pages for its activity recap workflow: PaceBoard Privacy Policy and PaceBoard Terms of Service.
